2020 has been a difficult year across the world due to Coronavirus. This had an impact on every country and many went into lockdown or had travel embargos. Malta was no exception so the event was postponed from April and was successfully held in July and August instead. The festival was held over four nights; 24th July, 27th July, 29th July with the closing ceremony on 7th August.

- Polleggi Pyrotechnics, Italy
- St Andrews Band Club, Luqa, Malta
- Phoenix Fireworks, UK
- Dance of Fire, Ukraine
- Piromaggia, Italy
On the final night, 7th August, a closing ceremony show was executed by Pyro Emotions.
